Therefore, for all our staff in the different areas, it is essential to adopt these practices in order to protect the business against crime and regulatory violations.

Given the above, it is the obligation of all our suppliers to induce these same bases within their organization, in order to avoid behaviors that involve us directly or indirectly in situations that could be misinterpreted, such as unduly rewards to any recipient for acts or omissions for our benefit or that of our supplier.

In any situation that may arise, it is important to know that we have external means that help generate an environment free of conflicts of interest, in which we can trust to report any situation of this nature.
